This page is not accessible through the directory indexes. It contains help information for members of the directory.

Notes pages allow you to enter notes from a form in your web browser. Visitors to your web pages can then read the notices you have posted.

Edit a notice board by using the , , and buttons:

The menu labelled “Section” displays a list of section numbers and their current heading.
To edit a section, select it using the “Section” menu, it, edit the text, heading and picture, then it.
For long sections of text you are advised to edit and spell check them on a word processor, then cut and paste to the form before saving.
You can select any of the pictures associated with your web pages using the “Picture” menu to associate the picture with a section of text. The radio buttons “L” and “R” decide which side of the page the picture will be displayed. Note that only the first 4 pictures selected will be displayed on the final page. This is to keep download times under control.
will display a preview of the picture specified in the “Picture” menu.
will delete the section specified in the “Section” menu and move all subsequent sections up one place.
will insert the edited text and heading before the section specified in the “Section” menu and move all subsequent sections down one place. Any sections that drop off the end of the menu will be permanently deleted.

To preview how the finished page will look, click the link marked “Preview” at the bottom of the form.
