Overview

Galleries allow you to sequence pictures and edit captions from your web browser. Visitors to your web pages can then view the gallery you have created.

Commands

Edit a gallery by using the , , and buttons:

• The menu labelled “Page” displays a list of pages in the gallery.
  
  
• To edit a page, select it using the “Page” menu, it, edit the caption and picture, then it.
  
  
• You are advised to edit and spell check captions on a word processor, then cut and paste to the form before saving.
  
  
• You can select any of the pictures associated with your web pages using the “Picture” menu to associate the picture with a gallery page.
  
  
• will display a preview of the picture specified in the “Picture” menu.
  
  
• will delete the page specified in the “Page” menu and move all subsequent pages up one place.
  
  
• will insert the page before the page specified in the “Page” menu and move all subsequent pages down one place. Any pages that drop off the end of the menu will be permanently deleted.

To preview how the finished gallery will look, click the link marked “Preview” at the bottom of the form.
